A web-based community platform connecting real estate developers, projects, and channel partners with users seeking property information and experiences. Users can explore developer profiles and project listings, write reviews and ratings for projects, participate in discussion threads, comment on posts, and read community insights.

The real estate platform needed reliable APIs to serve property data to both web and mobile clients. Key challenges included handling large datasets of property listings, implementing secure user authentication, and ensuring real-time data synchronization.

Built a comprehensive REST API using Laravel with token-based authentication via Sanctum. Implemented pagination, filtering, and search capabilities for property listings. Used Postman for thorough API testing and documentation.

Successfully delivered a scalable API that supports both web and mobile platforms. The property search system handles complex queries efficiently, and the authentication flow is secure and user-friendly.
