Gatekeeper App

A comprehensive platform for managing events, passes, and access control. Enables event organizers to create events, generate passes and tickets, manage attendees, and control access. Features user authentication with role-based access control (RBAC), admin dashboard for event management, real-time pass validation, and attendee tracking.

The client needed a complete gatekeeper management API delivered within an extremely tight timeline. The system had to manage visitor logs, access control, and security personnel assignments across multiple facilities.

Leveraged Laravel's resource controllers and API resources to rapidly scaffold the API. Used factory patterns for consistent data formatting and implemented comprehensive validation to ensure data integrity even at speed.

Delivered a fully functional JSON API ahead of schedule. The system now manages visitor access and security operations for the client's facilities with zero downtime since deployment.
