Web Based HRMS

A full-stack HR management system for managing employee attendance, work status tracking, leave applications, and HR administration. Enables employees to mark attendance, update work status, and apply for leave. Admin staff can manage employee records, approve leave requests, view attendance reports, and oversee HR operations.

The company needed an internal HR management system to replace manual spreadsheets. The system had to handle employee records, attendance tracking, payroll calculations, and leave management — all deployed on the company's live server.

Built the entire system from scratch using core PHP and MySQL. Created a modular architecture with separate modules for employee management, attendance, and payroll. Implemented role-based access control to ensure data security.

The HRMS system completely replaced manual processes, saving approximately 15 hours per week in HR operations. Attendance tracking accuracy improved, and payroll calculations are now automated and error-free.
